Yaakov Perlstein has been a registered nurse working at NYCBS for two years as a certified chemotherapy/immunotherapy infusion RN. After completing a combined degree program at Pace University, he recently earned his Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He plans on continuing to practice as an NP in the field of oncology.

Yaakov is passionate about healthcare and his patients. He educates patients in understanding their diseases, helps patients progress through and complete their prescribed regimens towards remission, maintenance, or palliation of symptoms, and promotes their quality of life while undergoing therapy.

He earned his Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Pace University, Lienhard School of Nursing, and Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner at Pace University, College of Health Professions.

In his free time, Yaakov enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife and four children.
