Nurun Nahar, FNP, is a caring healthcare professional dedicated to providing high-quality care. Nurun started her education at Hunter College with a degree in Psychology, then continued her studies at LIU Brooklyn, earning a BSN in nursing and launching her fulfilling career in healthcare.
Throughout her career, Nurun has worked at well-respected hospitals, including Long Island Jewish Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital, where she specialized in Oncology and cared for Medical Surgical patients. Nurun honed her skills and took on important roles like being a Skin Scholar, Diabetes Champion, and mentor for new nurses. These experiences helped her grow while staying focused on providing her patients with the best care.
Driven by her passion for Oncology, Nurun pursued a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree at SUNY Downstate. As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she has the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients.
