Shahzaib Nabi, MD is a board-certified hematologist/oncologist at New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS).
Dr. Nabi received his medical degree from Nishtar Medical College, University of Health Sciences in Multan, Pakistan. He completed advanced training throughout his residency in internal medicine at Henry Ford Health System/Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Nabi graduated from his hematology-oncology fellowship program at the University of Colorado in 2019.
Prior to joining NYCBS, Dr. Nabi was an attending physician in benign hematology and sickle cells at the Montefiore Hospital, Moses Campus in the Bronx, NY. He is skilled in providing inpatient as well as outpatient care in hematology and oncology. Additionally, he has experience in research and scholarly activities with multiple published manuscripts, abstracts, and poster presentations.
Dr. Nabi is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.

"The moment I walked through the door the staff was amazing. My triage was excellent, and couldn’t ask for anything better. I was feeling very down and my anxiety level was very high. I was scared and didn’t know what to do. Why I’m waiting for the doctor to come and see me. The assistant came in to greet me. She saw me very discombobulated and said is everything okay. I replied with tears saying I’m scared. She helped me settle down and told everything would be ok. She was amazing and I felt little better. Dr. Nabi then came and talked with me making me feel much better with the knowledge he had shared.
