  • "I believe Dr. Bustamante-Alvarez has poor bedside manners. He never came in to greet me nor to discuss my concerns or updates. This was not the first time he’s done this but Julie whom I spoke with was very pleasant. However, she is not the physician my insurance is paying for me to see."
