  • "(Translated by Google) It seems to me that the combined chemotherapy that Dr. Benacher prescribed me was very precise and not only that, but he is a very humanitarian doctor, he pays quick attention to the patient's needs, doctor, thank you for your attention. • "I’m quite disappointed with my experience today. I arrived at 8:15 for my appointment to review my results and was informed by a middle-aged brunette woman that the doctor was stuck in traffic. When I politely inquired about an estimated time for his arrival, her response was curt and dismissive, saying she had no idea. Her tone and attitude came across as unprofessional and rude, which was particularly frustrating. A little empathy or effort to communicate better would have gone a long way, but her dismissive demeanor left me feeling annoyed and undervalued as a patient. This is especially disappointing because I’ve had positive experiences here before—at my last appointment, the doctor was attentive, professional, and had excellent bedside manner. On a brighter note, the younger lab tech or assistant with glasses, as well as the front desk woman, were both kind and helpful. I also appreciated the friendliness of a new blonde staff member I met today. Their professionalism was a stark contrast to the poor attitude I experienced earlier, and I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure a better experience moving forward."

  • "I’ve been visiting this office and Dr. Benasher for around a year now. The office is very clean and street parking is available. His staff is very friendly and there are restrooms/water available. Dr. Benasher himself is obviously very knowledgeable in his field. I’ve never doubt any assessments or recommendations he has provided. Highly recommended hematologist and oncologist."
