Patient Reviews

  • "Dr Panzera is a knowledgeable doctor. The 86 st location can be, at times, a bit of a factory but the staff is caring and Dr Panzera provides excellent care and follow through . I wish the blood records were on “my chart” , compatible to many hospital portals."

  • "Terrible experience at work this office. Dr Panzara is thought to be a good doctor. I didn’t see it. She is cold and just treats the illness not me. The office staff is rude and patronizing. Skip this doctor and the office."

  • "I can’t say enough good things about this Dr and also the office. It was a small bit of a wait time to get my first appointment but the front desk staff was so helpful in finding me an earlier spot from someone who canceled. When I got there the front desk staff was very friendly and the wait time was minimal. The gentleman who drew my blood could not have been nicer, I am so super afraid of getting my blood drawn and he made me feel so comfortable and also drew the blood with no pain and made it seem so easy. Dr. Panzera was lovely and easy to talk to, she seemed actually interested in what I was saying and my concerns and I couldn’t be more pleased to have her as my doctor."

  • "I was referred to Dr Panzera by Dr Donald Bergman because of a high LDH reading. I was told in early July that Dr Panzera would not be available until August 6th. I made an appointment with her for that date and came into the office on July 10th to have my blood drawn for that appointment. When I arrived on August 6th I was taken to the lab to have my blood drawn. I explained that this was unnecessary as it had already been done. It was at that point that I realized no one was prepared for my appointment. I assumed Dr Panzera had not seen, much less reviewed, the July 10th lab report. When I was taken to an exam room, I was seen by an assistant to Dr Panzera. I explained that my LDH had always been high, going back at least 10 years but since other measures were normal, it had not been considered a problem. Dr Bergman wanted Dr Panzera's opinion to possibly lay to rest any concern about the high LDH. The assistant indicated that they would write up a report ("notes") for Dr Bergman. I asked that this report be posted to my portal. Thus far, it has not been. The assistant asked me if I wanted to see Dr Panzera but since I had been there an hour I said no. I very much wanted to see Dr Panzera but I was resigned. I have come to your office several times since 2021 and only saw Dr Panzera the first time. I would not know her if she walked in front of me in the waiting room. I wanted to hear what she had to say and what she planned to tell Dr Bergman. This is why I made the appointment for August 6th. I really did not get anything out of the appointment although the assistant did what she could. At this point my only request is to please post the report to Dr Bergman on my portal. That will have to substitute for any discussion I may have been able to have with Dr Panzera."
