Social Worker
Alyza Conway, LCSW Alyza is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping patients navigate the stressors of all stages of a cancer diagnosis. She provides person-centered care by applying holistic and evidence-based practices for overall well-being. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in gerontology from Dowling College. She completed her Master's in Social Work at Stony Brook University. Alyza enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, walking, and traveling.
