Nurse Practitioner
Alen Soofirzadeh, FNP-C, is a compassionate and caring family nurse practitioner. Alen is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care to his patients. He perceives each of his patients through a holistic model of care, allowing their individual preferences and concerns to be a part of the plan of care.
Alen obtained a bachelor of Science in Nursing from the New York Institute of Technology. He then completed a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner at Long Island University Post. Alen is eager to treat his patients with evidence-based practice and continuously stays up to date on the latest treatments.
In his free time, Alen enjoys being outdoors, gardening, and spending quality time with his wife and two children. He is fluent in English and Persian.
