Lightened-up Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
Ingredients:
1) 2.5 cups shredded chicken breast (or can use rotisserie chicken)
2) 1 8 oz. light cream cheese
3) ½ cup franks hot sauce
4) ½ cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
5) ½ cup plain greek yogurt
6) ½ tsp garlic powder
7) ½ tsp onion power
8) ¾ cup shredded cheddar
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease 8x8 baking dish
2) In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, hot sauce, mozzarella
cheese and greek yogurt
3) Mix in garlic and onion powder
4) Top with ¾ cup shredded cheese
5) Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly
6) Can top with additional cheeses such as blue cheese or add green onion, etc.
7) Serve with veggie and whole-grain tortilla chips/pita chips
